Hawkins Sweet Bakery — Return & Refund Policy

At Hawkins Sweet Bakery, every dessert is handcrafted fresh daily. Because our products are perishable, all returns and refunds follow strict quality and safety standards.

  1. All Sales Are Final All bakery purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once the item has left the bakery.

  2. Refund Eligibility A refund may be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was provided

  • The product was damaged before leaving the bakery

  • The product does not meet Hawkins Sweet Bakery quality standards All refund decisions are made by HSB management.

  1. Refund Fee If a refund is approved, a $100.00 refund charge applies. This fee covers ingredients, labor, production time, and packaging. Any approved refund will have this fee deducted.

  2. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items purchased on previous days

  • Items damaged after leaving the bakery

  • Items stored improperly

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Missed pickups

  • Customer-initiated cancellations

  • Change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with flavor preference

  1. Returns Due to food safety regulations, HSB does not accept returns of any food items under any circumstances.

  2. Customer Agreement By purchasing from Hawkins Sweet Bakery, customers agree to all terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
